This unique complex of 5 separate buildings has been developed into 54 live/work lofts and 19 townhomes from the industrial past dating back to the 1920’s. Preserving the original architecture of each building, the walls remain unchanged, the brickwork remains along with exposed industrial beams and bow trussed roofs. Old and new, raw and refined, these nearly one hundred-year-old buildings have been completely renovated. Each loft has a uniquely different open floor plan accommodating creative living spaces for urban dwelling and artist studios.
The outdoor environment has been transformed from concrete and asphalt into landscaped courtyards including a communal park-like setting with BBQ and fire-pit, a community garden and a private off-leash dog park. Large windows, high ceilings, and private patios enhance this indoor/outdoor living.
